It’s a very good thing to live in obedience, to be under someone’s authority and not make all our own choices. It is much safer to live under someone’s authority than to be the authority.

So don’t trust your own opinion too much, but be ready to hear the opinions of others. Though your own opinion might be good, if you give it up out of love for God, and follow another’s opinion, you may in that way profit more.
